#704 General Manager, (several positions), SES Band 2, Services Australia
Reporting directly to a Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and as a key member of Services Australia’s executive, you will provide high-level advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Minister, as well as contribute to the leadership and the strategic management of the agency. You will make a significant contribution to the delivery of government policy and engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes that enhance the customer experience.
The agency is seeking interest from leaders with generalist management experience, as well as specific skill sets including:
- Service delivery and design
- Project management experience
- ICT, ICT Infrastructure or Cyber Security
- Human resources
- Corporate, Governance or Risk
- Policy or Program Management
Successful candidates will be outstanding leaders with a substantial record of achievement and a reputation for innovation and delivery of results. Relevant expertise and experience in one or more of the areas outlined above, and a background working in a large, geographically-dispersed organisation will be highly regarded. You will actively engage with staff at all levels to explore opportunities and solve complex problems.
