This practical one-day program is run as a small confidential group session that enables participants to share and obtain information to help them become more competitive in future SES recruitment rounds. The program includes a mock interview with a selection panel and participants receive immediate feedback on their performance.
Key presenters, Tricia Searson, Karina Duffey and Helen Innes have a wealth of knowledge spanning more than 18 years in SES recruitment. They are in a unique position to offer insights into SES recruitment: how it works, how you position yourself, the opportunities and the pitfalls, and how to prepare for interview. Their advice is practical and contemporary and they are held in high regard across the APS. Coaching and Mentoring
Executive coaching sessions are aimed at enhancing workplace performance. They focus on issues relating to the workplace but not at the exclusion of other interpersonal and intrapersonal factors that may impact on work performance. Executive Intelligence Group uses an approach endorsed by the Australian Institute of Executive Coaching and tailors it to meet the specific requirements of the coaching counterpart and client organisation.
