With a focus on practical application and engaging interactions, Don deploys an unusual capacity for guiding clients through transformative change. His particular skill lies in developing highly individualised coaching approaches, which encompass the challenges, strengths and context of each client, and reveal the opportunities ‘lurking’ within each challenge. Don’s tailored approaches are grounded in trusting relationships with clients, and feature a combination of theory, imagination and experience. Don holds post-graduate qualifications in coaching and leadership, is an alumni of the Harvard Kennedy School’s ‘Art and Practice of Leadership Development’ program and is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF. He has worked across multiple industries including state and federal public services, law enforcement, defence, commercial business, fire and emergency services, recruitment, and regulatory services.
Don is also certified facilitator of the Hogan Personality Inventories. He uses Hogan profiles to uncover clients’ strengths, identify challenges, and highlight key motivators. All of which are crucial in driving personal and professional growth.
