Jeremy works primarily with APS clients between EL2 and SES Band 2. He also works with clients in other public service jurisdictions, the private sector and the not-for-profit sector.
In supporting clients, he draws on his former experience working at SES levels in the APS. He also draws on the experience and insights from the high-level management consulting work he continue to do across a range of organisations. Coaching clients frequently value that that he brings contemporary understanding of the complex business environments within which they work and the challenges they confront as leaders.
Many clients look for support in positioning themselves for promotion and for interview preparation. Others commonly seek support during stages of transition in their career or organisation. Development of leadership skills is a frequent area of focus.
