Sarah’s coaching is defined by a commitment to accountability and real-world results, ensuring that leaders not only set goals but achieve them in meaningful ways.
Sarah has dedicated much of her career to coaching individuals and teams to reach their highest potential. Her journey includes more than a decade as a senior executive, where she managed one of Australia’s largest and most complex service contracts with a Federal Government client. With extensive experience spanning both the private and public sectors, Sarah has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by leaders and employees in the modern workplace. Sarah holds a master’s degree in human resources specialising in change and organisational behaviour, along with a Diploma of Coaching. She has further honed her expertise through the Art and Practice of Leadership Development program at Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She designs and delivers customised coaching and development programs that empower leaders to navigate and thrive in today’s volatile and ever-changing landscapes.
In addition, Sarah is a certified facilitator of the Hogan Personality Inventories and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She frequently uses Hogan profiles to uncover clients’ strengths, identify challenges, and highlight key motivators. All of which are crucial in driving personal and professional growth.
