As a member of the senior executive team, you lead a busy and complex regulatory division, managing a large and diverse workforce with significant outreach into industry sectors and states and territories. The Head of Division fosters a high performance team culture across a multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed team and contributes to the leadership and development of the department. The Head of Division reports to a Deputy Secretary and manages a division of over 400 people.
