This practical, two-day program, is run as a small confidential group session that enables participants to share and obtain information to help them become more competitive in future SES recruitment rounds. The program includes a mock interview with a selection panel and participants receive immediate feedback on their performance.
Key presenters, Helen Innes, Rosemary Deininger and Lauren Searson-Patrick have a wealth of knowledge spanning more than 20 years in SES recruitment and/or the APS, including at the SES level.
